National Recruiters seeks a Nurse Practitioner for in-home health risk assessments. This PRN/1099 contractor role covers multiple Ohio counties with flexible scheduling. You will perform risk assessments, provide preventive guidance, and document findings using an iPad.

Valid NP license required. Travel throughout Cleveland, Lorain, Medina, Mentor, Akron, and Sandusky counties is expected; start ASAP with onboarding designed for rapid earnings.

NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) - IN-HOME HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENTS

Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor
Exclusions: PMHNP, Women's Health, Pediatric NP's and PA's.
Schedule: Flexible (50+ hours/month)
Compensation: $105 - $115 per visit
$100 - 50-60 hours per month
$110 - 80+ hours per month
$115 - 90+ hours per month

This is a pure assessment role: No prescribing, no on-call, and zero follow-up care.

THE PAY BREAKDOWN

• $115 - 50-60 hours per month
• $120 - 70-80 hours per month
• $125 - 80+ hours per month
• Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training
• Additional Pay: $25 full HRA no-shows
• Additional Pay: $65 diagnostic-only visits
• Additional Pay: $10 diagnostic no-shows
• Fast-Track Bonus: Extra incentive bonus if you complete onboarding paperwork within 24 hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations).
• Provide preventive care education.
• Document visits using a company-provided iPad.

COUNTY COVERAGE AREAS

(Must be willing to cover both counties, but not all in the same day.)

Cleveland | Lorain | Medina | Mentor | Akron | Sandusky
