Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for in-home health risk assessments as a PRN/1099 contractor. Flexible schedule, compensation $105–$115 per visit, with 50+ to 90+ hours per month depending on availability. Coverage includes Cleveland, Lorain, Medina, Mentor, Akron and Sandusky.

This is a pure assessment role with no prescribing or follow-up care. Requirements include an active NP license (no PA, pediatrics, PMHNP or women's health), reliable transportation, and readiness to

Job description

NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) - IN-HOME HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENTS

Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor
Exclusions: PMHNP, Women's Health, Pediatric NP's and PA's.
Schedule: Flexible (50+ hours/month)
Compensation: $105 - $115 per visit
$100 - 50-60 hours per month
$110 - 80+ hours per month
$115 - 90+ hours per month

This is a pure assessment role: No prescribing, no on-call, and zero follow-up care.

THE PAY BREAKDOWN

$115 - 50-60 hours per month
$120 - 70-80 hours per month
$125 - 80+ hours per month
Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training
Additional Pay: $25 full HRA no-shows
Additional Pay: $65 diagnostic-only visits
Additional Pay: $10 diagnostic no-shows
Fast-Track Bonus: Extra incentive bonus if you complete onboarding paperwork within 24 hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO

(Must be willing to cover both counties, but not all in the same day.)
