Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to care for employees and dependents at our Las Vegas Health Center. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch.

You will conduct exams, manage care plans, order tests, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive health services. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s).
• National certification (ANCC or AANP) required.
• Master’s degree in Science of Nursing (MSN) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care, infection management.
• Develops patient care plans and records progress.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient health records and documentation.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner (NP), you'll provide care to client employeesand their dependents in our Health Center located in Las Vegas, NV.

*Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch each day

What You’ll Do

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration)
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $116,000 - $145,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
