Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Interventional Pain Management team in a collaborative, stable setting. You will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop personalized care plans, and provide injections and medication management to support chronic pain patients.

The role emphasizes teamwork with physicians, therapists, and specialists to optimize outcomes, with a schedule that supports work-life balance and ongoing CME

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed PA or NP.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or neurology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
• Perform various injections such as trigger point and joint injections.
• Medication management and review of imaging and labs.
• Educate patients on treatment options and self-care techniques.
• Perform outpatient procedures (trigger point, joint injections).
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists and specialists to optimize outcomes.

We’re looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of our Interventional Pain Management team. If you're passionate about helping patients manage chronic pain and are ready for a stable schedule and strong physician collaboration, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans
• Perform various injections such as trigger point and joint injections.
• Medication Management
• Order and review diagnostic imaging and lab tests
• Educate patients on treatment options and self-care techniques
• Perform outpatient procedures such as trigger point and joint injections
• Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to optimize outcomes

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 4.5-day work week
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified and licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Background in pain management, orthopedics, or neurology is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $110,000-$125,000
