Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Interventional Pain Management team in Cary, NC. The role offers a stable schedule and strong physician collaboration, with a full-time 4.5-day work week.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, manage care plans, and assist with injections and imaging reviews. A clinical background in pain management or orthopedics is a plus; the anticipated salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 annually.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Background in pain management, orthopedics, or neurology is a strong plus

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of our Interventional Pain Management team. If you're passionate about helping patients manage chronic pain and are ready for a stable schedule and strong physician collaboration, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans
• Perform various injections such as trigger point and joint injections.
• Medication Management
• Order and review diagnostic imaging and lab tests
• Educate patients on treatment options and self-care techniques
• Perform outpatient procedures such as trigger point and joint injections
• Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to optimize outcomes

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 4.5-day work week
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Background in pain management, orthopedics, or neurology is a strong plus
