Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Telehealth Provider to deliver virtual care for Medicare Advantage members. You will conduct wellness visits and remote consultations via phone or video, documenting in the EHR and following CMS telehealth rules.

Minimum 16 hours per week with Eastern Time hours; training pay is $50/hour. License in two states required; experience in primary/preventive care preferred; remote nationwide position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license; licensure in two or more states (MS, LA, IL, GA, SC).
• Experience in preventative and/or primary care; telehealth preferred.
• Screening policy: never involved in a malpractice settlement.
• Strong digital fluency and experience with EHR and telehealth platforms.

About the Role

Work with a nationwide virtual medical practice partnering with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps for members. As a Telehealth Provider, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
• Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring
• Assess patient conditions and review medications
• Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations
• Help close care gaps and improve outcomes for Medicare patients
• Build strong patient rapport and accurately document medical records in the EHR system
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements

Schedule & Availability

• Commitment: Minimum of 16 hours per week required
• Operational Hours (Eastern Time):
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
• Sunday: Closed

Compensation

• Training Pay: $50/hour
• Position is not eligible for benefits

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP license. Must be licensed in two or more of the following states: MS, LA, IL, GA, SC.
• Experience: Experience providing preventative and/or primary care. Previous telehealth experience is strongly preferred.
• Screening Policy: Candidates must confirm they have never been involved in a malpractice settlement.
• Skills: Strong digital fluency, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Technical Requirements

NP provides their own equipment and must meet strict technical standards:

• Computer: Windows or Apple (macOS) only (No Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones). Minimum Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.
• Hardware: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent (Windows) / Apple Silicon (Macs); 16 GB RAM.
• Peripherals: Wired headphones required (no built-in mics); webcam required (built-in laptop webcams are acceptable).
• Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed. Must use an ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router.
• Recommended: Second monitor for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.
