Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an established Primary Care Practice in Bradford, PA. You will deliver high‑quality care in collaboration with physicians and staff and manage your own patient panel with clinical independence.

Compensation includes $115,000–$145,000 per year plus a $30,000 sign‑on, plus medical/dental/vision and life insurance, retirement contributions, HSA options, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualificações

• Active PA or NP certification.
• Current CPR; ACLS/BLS preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Job Summary
