Job summary

Sydenham Clinic in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our private, members-only clinical team. This role focuses on high-touch, personalized care, with time to interpret complex health data and coordinate across specialties.

You will conduct thorough assessments, manage preventive health programs, and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with Sydenham physicians, while maintaining discretion and exceptional patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner eligible to practice in California.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Strong clinical foundation in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related field.
• Experience independently evaluating and managing patients.
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing, medication management, and preventive medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong bedside manner and an ability to build trusted, long-term patient relationships.
• Comfortable working with a discerning membership that expects a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient visits, histories, physical examinations, and follow-up appointments.
• Evaluate laboratory results, biomarkers, imaging, and other diagnostic findings.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment and preventive care plans in collaboration with Sydenham physicians.
• Manage medications, prescriptions, and ongoing clinical care within scope of practice.
• Identify risk factors and opportunities for early intervention.
• Support members through longitudinal health optimization programs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, nutritionists, and external providers.
• Educate members on their health data, treatment options, lifestyle interventions, and long-term health strategy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide a highly responsive, discreet level of care appropriate for a concierge medical environment.
• Help continuously improve Sydenham's clinical protocols and member experience.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Beverly Hills clinical team.

This is not a high-volume primary care position. Our model is intentionally high-touch, giving clinicians the time and resources to understand each patient in depth, interpret complex health data, coordinate care across specialties, and build meaningful long-term relationships with our members.

The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with Sydenham physicians and the broader clinical team to support comprehensive assessments, ongoing member care, preventive health programs, and the interpretation and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

What We Are Looking For

• Nutrition and lifestyle medicine

Prior longevity or functional medicine experience is beneficial, but not required. We are more interested in finding an excellent clinician with strong fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in practicing medicine at a deeper level.
