Hone Health is seeking a Founding Longevity Physician to join the Hone Black team. You will lead preventative, longevity-focused care, delivering personalized treatment plans and guiding a highly engaged patient cohort through comprehensive virtual consultations.

Applicants should hold an active medical license in at least one U.S. state (CA/ NY preferred) with board certification in relevant specialties, and possess 7+ years of experience in lifestyle, preventive, or longevity medicine.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, or longevity medicine.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or related specialty.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (CA or NY preferred; licensure in additional states supported).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional longitudinal care through comprehensive virtual longevity consultations and personalized treatment plans.
• Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearables data to tailor therapies.
• Proactively optimize health, performance, and longevity with ongoing follow-up and monitoring.
• Translate complex medical concepts into practical recommendations for patients.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination to resolve patient inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to Clinical Operations, Product, and Medical Leadership to improve member journeys and clinician workflows.
• Refine clinical protocols and care pathways with Hone's Chief Medical Officer.
• Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies to inform offerings.

The ideal candidate holds an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (with current licensure in California or New York preferred—we’ll support additional state licensure as needed) and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or another relevant specialty. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience practicing lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity medicine and be excited by the opportunity to help define the next generation of physician‑led, concierge longevity care.

The Role

Hone is looking for a Founding Longevity Physician to join the Hone Black Team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Longitudinal Care (~90% of Your Time)

  
  
  
  
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual longevity consultations with a highly engaged patient cohort
  
  
  • Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to develop personalized treatment plans
  
  
  • Partner with members over time, proactively optimizing health, performance, and longevity through ongoing follow-up and monitoring
  
  
  • Translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable recommendations that empower patients to make informed decisions
  
  
  • Work with the Care Coordination team to ensure all patient inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
  
  
  
  



• Provide Feedback on the Hone Black Medical Infrastructure (~10% of Your Time)

  
  
  
  
  • Share ongoing feedback with the Clinical Operations, Product, and Medical Leadership teams to help improve the member journey, physician workflows, and overall care experience based on real‑world patient interactions.
  
  
  • Partner with Hone’s Chief Medical Officer to identify opportunities to refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and best practices as the practice evolves.
  
  
  • Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies from a practicing physician’s perspective, helping inform future clinical offerings and recommendations.
  
  
  • Participate in regular physician and cross‑functional discussions to share clinical insights, best practices, and opportunities to continuously enhance the Hone Black experience.
