The Grant Group in Bedford, Texas, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for adolescents and adults in outpatient settings.

Join a collaborative, physician‑led team with access to TMS and SPRAVATO®, mentorship for new graduates, and a schedule Monday–Friday with no hospital calls; ideal for experienced PMHNPs or new graduates.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing required.
• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC).
• Active Texas APRN license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based medicine.
• Desire to work within a collaborative team environment.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders.

Position Overview

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adolescent and adult patients in an outpatient setting. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long‑term recovery and improved quality of life.
