Deep Centered Mental Health in Dallas seeks a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient psychiatry practice. • Licensed to practice in Texas with an unencumbered DEA number.
• Board Certified PMHNP.
• Minimum 2 years post-board PMHNP experience.
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
• Clinical exposure to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) required.
• Familiar with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.
• Excellent communication, collaborative, ethical, solution-focused approach.
• Passion for professional growth and continuous learning.

We are growing our outpatient psychiatry practice in Dallas and are seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who values an integrative approach to care and enjoys being part of a highly supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

Deep Centered Mental Health is an outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high-quality care. We emphasize an integrative approach - bringing together medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle medicine, and advanced interventional treatments, including Deep TMS and Spravato® - to help our clinicians deliver meaningful outcomes for their patients. We remain grounded in evidence-based care while staying closely engaged with the evolution of psychiatry and advances in neuromodulation. Our model is intentionally designed to support both clinicians and patients, with longer appointment times, reduced administrative burden, and seamless collaboration with more than 220 in-house therapists, creating a truly collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Your Role

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of post-board certification clinical experience practicing as a PMHNP (this is not an entry-level or new graduate role).
• Demonstrated experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
