Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Long Term Care RN or LPN to join our compassionate team. This on-site role covers two PM shifts (2:30 pm – 10:45 pm) every other Saturday and Sunday, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Job Overview

As a Long Term Care Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering high quality patient care and promoting the well being of our residents We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents This position is 2 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift 230pm 1045pm every other Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long term care setting
