Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team on the PM shift.

This position runs 2 shifts in a two-week pay period, every other Saturday and Sunday, 2:30pm-10:45pm, with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. Strong teamwork and patient-centered care are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Previous long-term care or similar healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Foster relationships with residents and families, providing support and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.

Job Overview: As a Long-Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well-being of our residents. This position is 2 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) every other Saturday and Sunday.
