CHI Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that positively impacts patient well-being and recovery. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include Oregon RN License, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 6 months, and 1 year of RN experience or current RN with CHI Mercy Health. An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
  • Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
  • Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
