Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is hiring an RN to deliver patient-centered care across the care continuum in Ohio. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the ANA framework and SBAR handoffs to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an Ohio RN license, with a BSN pursued within five years of hire; BLS is mandatory and ACLS within six months for applicable units. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license is required or eligible for licensure.
• BSN must be obtained within five years of hire.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS within six months for applicable units.
• AD and Diploma nurses are hired but BSN is required within five years for those hires.
• Demonstrates patient-centered care and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and safety risks and plan care accordingly.
• Develop, coordinate, and revise the plan of care with patient and family.
• Communicate plans using SBAR and manage shift handoffs.
• Provide ongoing education to patient and family.
• Respond to emergencies with prompt, precise intervention.
• Engage in professional development and peer mentorship.
