Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking a compassionate RN to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing facility. You will administer medications, assist in admissions and discharges, and communicate residents' conditions to physicians and families. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Respond to residents' emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Ensure residents are cared for per established guidelines.
• Follow up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
