Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking an enthusiastic RN to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will administer medications, assist admissions/discharges, and communicate resident conditions to families and physicians while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois required.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled/rehab setting preferred.
• High level of customer service and organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Respond to residents' emergency calls promptly.
• Assist in admissions and discharges per procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications and care rendered.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Requirements:

• ActiveRN License in Illinoisrequired
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required
• Excellent organization skills
