Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to work with the nursing staff and deliver high-quality care to our Assisted Living residents. Shifts are Part-time NOC/PRN with every other weekend required.

Salary ranges from $15 to $17 per hour with a competitive shift differential up to $4/hour. We offer set schedules and affordable benefits to our caregiving team.

Formación

• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the work day
• Continuous standing, turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 95% of the workday

Responsabilidades

• Provide residents with high quality care and assistance with tasks of daily living
• Document care and provide updates to nurses
• Answers assistance calls promptly
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms neat and orderly
• Demonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments. Communicates effectively with others, respects diverse opinions and styles, acknowledges the assistance and contributions of others, and demonstrates professionalism.
