Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to support our Assisted Living residents alongside the nursing staff.

We offer part-time NOC/PRN shifts, every other weekend, with a salary of $15-$17 per hour plus shift differential up to $4/hour. Set schedules and affordable benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Desire to provide a high level of care and customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the work day.
• Continuous standing, turning, bending, and lifting up to 95% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high quality care and assistance with tasks of daily living.
• Document care and provide updates to nurses.
• Answers assistance calls promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms neat and orderly.
• Demonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments; communicates professionally.
