Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• At least 1 year of experience in skilled/rehab settings.

• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Follow up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication and care rendered
