Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking a part-time Nurse to join our Nursing Team of Excellence in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will administer and document medications, assist in admission and discharge, and communicate residents’ conditions to physicians and families. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois is required.
• 1 year of experience in skilled/rehab setting is required.
• Excellent organization skills are required.
• Desire to provide high level of care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents.
• Respond to resident emergencies promptly.
• Ensure residents are cared for per established guidelines.
• Follow up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications and care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Requirements:

• ActiveRN License in Illinoisrequired
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required
