Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team on a part-time basis (PM/PRN). You will administer and document medications, assist with admissions and discharges, and communicate residents' conditions to physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois required.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled/rehab setting.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Compassionate, customer-service oriented caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents.
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Requirements:

• ActiveRN License in Illinoisrequired
