Job summary

Wynscape Health & Rehab at Wyndemere in Wheaton, IL is seeking CNAs to join a caring team serving our residents in a 56-bed skilled nursing facility. You will document care, update nurses, and keep rooms clean and comfortable.

We offer competitive pay with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, DailyPay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available with rotating shifts and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification is required.
• 1 year of experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Excellent organizations skills.
• Customer service focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Provide treatments, perform tests, and carry out procedures as instructed.
• Transfer, transport and escort residents using Hoyer lifts and other equipment.
• Answer signal lights promptly and maintain clean, orderly rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed using Hoyer lifts and other mechanical assists
• Answers signal lights promptly
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly

Requirements:

• CNA Certification required
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• Excellent organizations skills
• 1 year of experience in Senior Living

Salary: $20.00-$24 per hour

Physical setting:

• Long term care/Post Acute Care

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• Rotating weekends
