Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living in Wheaton, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Skilled Nursing Facility role. You will administer medications, assist in admissions/discharges, and communicate residents’ conditions to physicians and families.

This part-time PM/PRN position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, benefits after the first month, and a supportive team environment focused on high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois is required.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled/rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments to residents.
• Respond to residents' emergency calls promptly.
• Ensure residents are cared for per established guidelines.
• Follow up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications and care provided.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Requirements:

• ActiveRN License in Illinoisrequired
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required
• Excellent organization skills
