Job summary

Wynscape Health & Rehab at Wyndemere in Wheaton, IL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a small 56-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will document care, update nurses, and maintain clean, orderly rooms while providing compassionate support to residents.

We offer a competitive pay scale, sign-on bonus up to $2,500, and a comprehensive benefits package. Various shifts are available—full-time, part-time, and PRN—to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification required.
• 1 year of experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Desire to provide a high level of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning and exercising.
• Provide treatments, perform tests and assist with procedures as instructed.
• Transfer, transport and assist residents using lifts and other equipment.
• Respond promptly to assistance calls and maintain clean, orderly rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed using Hoyer lifts and other mechanical assists
• Answers signal lights promptly
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly

Requirements:

• CNA Certification required
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• Excellent organizations skills
• 1 year of experience in Senior Living

Salary: $20.00-$24 per hour

Physical setting:

• Long term care/Post Acute Care

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• Rotating weekends
