Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN seeks a full-time Operating Room Spine nurse leader to oversee nursing activities and workflows in the spine OR. You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor departmental budgets to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee (or compact state), BLS, and 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in leadership. Days schedule with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition (Compact State) prior to hire date.
• 3 years of nursing experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing activities, workflows and resource allocation to ensure efficient patient care.
• Manage full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards and manage departmental budgets and expenditures.
