Job summary
Baptist Health Brookwood in Birmingham, Alabama seeks a Nursing Operations Manager to oversee Nursing Administration, including house supervisors and float pool. Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited program and current RN licensure.
- Minimum two years as RN in acute care and one year in a leadership role.
- Experience in budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Nursing Administration, including house supervisors and float pool.
- Lead provision of safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain nursing staff.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to meet organizational goals.
