• Prepares Clinic prep notes for new patients and returning patients including scanning notes/imaging, contacting referring physicians or imaging groups, and contacting patients on any issues or items needed for visit.
• Assists with coordination of follow-up visits, orders, and referrals.
• Initiates/Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and patient experience initiatives.
• Participates in training and education of support staff.
