A leading healthcare provider in Washington, DC, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Navigator/Coordinator. This role involves providing clinical expertise, coordinating patient care, and participating in quality initiatives. Position Summary
The Clinical Nurse Navigator/Coordinator functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team who has clinical nursing expertise in an assigned area. They focus on the clinical and educational aspects of care, acting as a clinical resource, advocate, and educator. They are present in the clinic and serve as a vital member of the care team.
