JobSummary
The Nurse Navigator serves as a patient liaison to help patients and family members navigate the complex healthcare system. This person works with a multidisciplinary team to provide early contact with oncology patients, eliminate barriers to timely treatment, referral, and survivorship, and coordinate patient access throughout the continuum of care. Work with Marketing, clinical teams, and Oncology leadership to develop new services and programs by coordinating interaction between patients, physicians, staff, and the community.
