Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license active.
• Public Health Nursing certificate required.
• Four years of public health nursing experience preferred.
• Master’s degree can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coordination and consultation to staff, clients, and families regarding health and medical needs.
• Develop comprehensive nursing assessments to determine levels of care and care planning.
• Prepare monthly reports for ARFPSHN homes to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Coordinate with Medical Consultant and Client Consultation Committee to support health services.
• Create staff education presentations on health topics and disease prevention.
