Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all medical and nursing related contract services and employees.
• Provide on-call nursing/Administrator on Duty services and after-hours supervisory coverage.
• Present complex medical and nursing information to families and external providers as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other client services and program directors.
• Identify and certify staff training programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and monitor nursing policies and procedures across the facility.
