• Educate patients about diagnosis, treatment, payor coverage, and resources.
• Review referrals, verify payer information, and optimize resource use.
• Advocate for patients and liaise with providers to support desired outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure reimbursement of clinic visits.
• Maintain knowledge of payors and funding sources.
