Responsibilities

• Assisting in apheresis clinic: coordination appointments, temporary central line access, and reviewing transportation.
• Assist in transition assessments 16-30 yo, including obtaining patient reported outcomes and connecting to appropriate clinics, assisting with transportation, medication review, and referrals to social workers/state educators/transition camp, as appropriate.
