Job summary

The role requires a BSN, Montana RN licensure, and BLS certification with at least 1 year of direct patient care

Qualifications

• BSN required and Montana RN license.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments and scheduling.
• Communicate with providers, schedulers, nursing, infusion, radiology, lab.
• Assist in tracking radiological/laboratory findings and follow up with patients.
• Coordinate ordering, scheduling and performance of selected procedures.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure coordinated services across oncology, primary care, and specialty areas.
• Assist with Survivorship care planning as needed.
• Counsel and educate patients to ensure understanding of the care plan.
• Work with non‑licensed staff to gather medical records for review.
• Document patient encounters in EMR and triage patient messages per guidelines.
