LifeBridge Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Midwife for the Director of Centering Pregnancy Program to join our LBHMG team.

Summary

Full-Time NURSE MIDWIFE Wanted - Director, Centering Pregnancy Program

Our LifeBridge Health Medical Group (LBHMG) practices are in Baltimore and surrounding counties, offering primary and specialty care services.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Nurse Midwife comfortable managing their own patients, ideally with 5-7 years of experience.

This position is onsite at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore City.

Centering Pregnancy Program Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Centering groups
• Maintain topic schedule and curriculum
• Support APNs conducting groups
• Recruitment and screening of participants
• Monitor class census
• Coordinate facilitator training and guest speakers
• Collaborate on resident participation
• Maintain Steering Committee meetings and documentation
• Update tools supporting Centering (e.g., CenteringWorks)
• Ensure compliance with site licensing and report data quarterly
• Address office and quality issues as they arise
