Job summary

Miami Valley Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery and the Family Birth Center to oversee patient services, drive outcome-focused care, and lead a high-performing team. The role requires a master's degree in nursing and an Ohio license with CPR at hire.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably with Level III obstetric units, and will partner across the hospital to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications
