Job summary

System Support in Dayton, OH is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a patient services unit focused on cost-effective processes, quality outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, a Master’s degree, Ohio RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least three years of progressive leadership experience.

An applicant for this position must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Ohio. The applicant must have a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Masters degree. CPR Certified. A minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience is preferred. Other demonstrated skills necessary for this position include expertise in: communication across disciplines, change management, managing group dynamics, performance improvement process.
