Premier Health Partners' Miami Valley Hospital seeks an Associate Nurse Manager for the Float Pool. This full-time role (12:00pm–10:00pm, 80 hours per pay) leads a patient care team and partners to meet system, hospital, and unit objectives.
Under the Nurse Manager, you will develop a skilled staff, ensure cost-effective resource use, and uphold licensing, regulatory standards, and policies. A Bachelor's in Nursing, Ohio RN license, and CPR are required; ACLS/PALS within one year.

The Associate Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, directs and oversees the functions of the patient care team.
