Zusammenfassung

Mercy is hiring a Nurse Manager for the Medical Management & Transition Team to provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for Mercy's virtual-based transitional care medical management and Wellness programs. You will oversee daily operations, quality outcomes, staff performance, and regulatory compliance to support patients transitioning across the care continuum.

You will motivate a multidisciplinary team, drive performance improvements, and ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN or currently enrolled to complete BSN within 2 years.
• Current licensure by State Board of Nursing in applicable state.
• Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty or related area with management, supervision, teaching, performance improvement, and budget.
• CPR NRP certification.
• Must pass a medication and math competency test before handling medication administration.
• BS/MS preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
