Job summary

The Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Nurse Manager to support the Chief Nursing Officer in directing the Nursing Department and ensuring high standards of patient care. Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current KY RN licensure is required / crisis intervention certification training offered on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Nursing Unit staff to ensure duties are completed.
• Stays within FTE guidelines and monitors patient census impact.
• Collaborates with HR on employee issues.
• Monitors performance and documents informal feedback.
