The Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Nurse Manager to support the Chief Nursing Officer in directing the Nursing Department and ensuring high standards of patient care. Inpatient care is provided on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. Outpatient and partial hospitalization services are provided on a five-day per week basis, days and evenings. Care is provided according to an established code of ethical conduct and strict adherence to patient rights.

Assists the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in managing and supervising the Nursing Department staff to ensure patients are provided with the best possible nursing care. The Nurse Manager will be considered a member of Middle Management and must be available on an “on-call” basis for staff. The Nurse Manager will ensure the monitoring and assessment of facility-wide patient nursing care.
