Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience in related area.
• 1–3 years of pediatric/adolescent health experience.
• Current NY RN license, BLS, Infection Control certs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of specialized nursing units within School Health Program.
• Directs and coordinates patient and unit activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentors and coaches staff; leads performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with Montefiore policies and regulatory standards.
