Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative in Bronx, NY seeks an Associate Administrative Nurse Manager for the School Health Program (MSHP). You will direct nursing operations, maintain high-quality patient care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with MSN preferred, NY RN license, BLS and Infection Control certification, and 1–3 years pediatric health experience. This is a day-shift, full-time role with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• MSN or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience; 4–6 years with pediatric/adolescent health is a plus.
• Current New York State RN license.
• BLS certification and Infection Control certification are required.
• DOE background check, fingerprint clearance, NYS Justice Center screening.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the School Health unit.
• Directs and coordinates nursing staff and patient care activities.
• Ensures compliance with Montefiore policies and regulatory standards.
• Mentors and coaches staff to improve performance and patient outcomes.
