Qualifications

• Oversee daily function and staffing of the unit/department to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead interdisciplinary care coordination and ensure staff have appropriate competencies.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Drive patient experience initiatives and reduce wait times and throughput bottlenecks.
