Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical surgical experience required, preferably with post-anesthesia care.
• Ability to assist in staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs.
• Willingness to support the facility's nursing strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.
