Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a nursing unit, allocate resources, and ensure quality outcomes of care. This role directs the nursing process from data collection to the care plan revision and oversees resident care delivery through a defined system.

Responsibilities include comprehensive care planning, supervision of RNs/LPNs/CNAs, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Must have current RN registration in Minnesota.
• CPR certification and emergency care training required.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living.
• BSN degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive care planning with interdisciplinary team, develops and revises individualized care plans.
• Provides and supervises nursing care following regulations and facility policies.
• Supervises RNs, LPNs, CNAs; delegates tasks and evaluates performance.
• Maintains resident records, communicates care needs and orders to staff.
• Administers and monitors medications with proper documentation.
• Promotes QA, continuing education, audits, licensure and safety compliance.
