Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BSN, an MSN preferred, and at least three years of nursing experience with oncology experience highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing is strongly preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience is required.
• Oncology experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and nursing care for the Radiation Oncology Clinic at Duke Cancer Center Raleigh.
• Develop and implement clinical and operational plans with leadership.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and professional practice standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality metrics, and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to manage budget and resource use.
