Bon Secours is seeking a Nurse Manager for Medical Progressive Care - Stepdown at St. Francis Downtown. The role oversees daily operations, coordinates clinical activities, and partners with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes and a culture of excellence.

The position emphasizes leadership, accountability, and adherence to nursing standards, with opportunities to mentor staff and advance professional practice within a high-performing unit.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/Health Admin or related field preferred.
• RN license in state of practice; CPR/BLS required or with hire.
• 1 year leadership/supervisory experience preferred; 3+ years RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and clinical activities in the Progressive Care/Stepdown unit.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to set goals and improve patient outcomes.
• Models professional practice and fosters a safe, high-reliability environment.
• Ensures productivity targets and supports strategic initiatives.
• Advances mission, values, and nursing practice standards across the unit.
• Mentors staff and supports professional development.
