Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA, seeks a full-time Personal Care Nurse Manager who will supervise Personal Care and Memory Support teams. The role requires PA-licensed RN or LPN with CPR certification and leadership experience in a memory care setting.

You will lead onboarding, training, and educational programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in weekend coverage. A hands-on supervisor, you may assist with daily nursing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in personal care and/or memory care with strong clinical skills.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role with accountability for nursing standards.
• PA-licensed RN or LPN with current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of 55 PA Code Chapter 2600 Personal Care Homes Regulations.
• Experience with incident reports, RASPs, DMEs, and admission protocols.
• Ability to work in a PointClickCare EMR system.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding, training, and mentoring of PC and MS staff.
• Plan educational programs, staff meetings and foster a positive culture.
• Maintain presence on evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Pennsylvania DHS regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in nursing leadership weekend rotation.
• Partner with Personal Care Administrator and Memory Care Nurse Manager.
• Serve as designee in the Administrator's absence and assist daily nursing tasks.
• Commit to on-call weekend rotation responsibilities.
